The purpose of this paper is to record the perceptions of school leaders about the current system of their choice, as defined by Law 3848/2010, and to present their proposals on changes to the existing system of choice of leaders in Primary and Secondary education. Seventy eight (78) school leaders of Primary and Secondary Education participate in the survey , 43 ( 55 % ) are male and 35 ( 45 % ) women from almost all the thirteen Regional Prefectures of Greece .It is the universal claim of respondents Directors to change the way the interview. Nearly all agree on its necessity: To assess the candidate's personality and if it is possible to record his or her psychological profile. But the respondents disagree and agonize over the way how it has been manipulated so far. The subjects of the survey suggest the continuous training in matters such as the organization and administration of education. Most managers answer that they would like to choose for themselves the content of their training and to shape it depending on their needs.
