Abstract:
The annual Symposium of the Christian Archaeological Society is held uninterruptedly each spring since 1981 aiming at the promotion of research in the field of Byzantine and post-Byzantine archaeology and art. As one of the most prominent conferences in the field of Byzantine and Post-Byzantine archaeology and art, the annual Symposium welcomes scientists and young researchers to present their research on Early Christian, Byzantine and Post-Byzantine archaeology and art. One day of the three-day meeting is devoted to a specific scientific topic with relevant major papers, which the Organizing Committee assigns to specialists in the field from Greece and abroad.
